Tô Tinh Dạ was shocked to discover her husband's treachery when he proposed a "fake divorce." One day, their daughter asked Tô Tinh Dạ about the elders' criticism of their father abandoning their family. Tô Tinh Dạ responded, "Before, we were merely surviving each day.
