Hạ An failed her entrance exam to the prestigious school, and was forced to spend one year improving her English at Astar International School before transferring elsewhere. It was there that she met Ban Dong, the only person who made her heart skip a beat with just one glance.

Despite her initial... intention of quietly harboring her feelings for Ban Dong, events unfolded and caused a rift between them.
